Hard Decision

Within the next few days I will need to make a hard decision about HIMNC  My knee is not getting better and the risk of long term damage is a significant concern.

10 Weeks Until Race Day

I had a rough week with my running. More e specifically, because of a severe pain in my left knee, the meniscus, I was unable to run, in fact, it hurt walking. I am taking time off from running to let my knee heal. Otherwise, all is well.

Crunch Time

12 weeks from today is race day.
